The Natural Living Design & Build team will assign you a project manager to guide you through the planning and design process including pre-construction and construction phases. We will provide you with a full set of blueprints, custom to your specifications. A detailed budget for your project, a building phase outline, and a checklist to provide efficiency to stay on track for deadlines. As an additional service, you can hire our designer who can help pick out your fixtures, flooring, cabinets, countertops, finishes and more. Our interior designer and project manager will ensure that checklists are completed in a timely manner.
We work with licensed contractors with extensive experience in natural building, conventional construction, and remodeling. The Natural Living Design & Build team practices methods of hybrid architecture; capable of passing county and state building codes. Our many years of experience working with engineers and building officials have given us the skills to help homeowners achieve their aspirations of living in a beautiful natural structure in modern America.
